Answer:	You can try these steps to reset your bluetooth earbuds : 1. Delete the earbuds paired on the phone and turn off your phone Bluetooth. 2. Answer:	Mine pair automatically when they are taken out of the case. I would either put them back into the case and take them out together or press and hold the button on the sides of the headphones to turn them off and then turn them back on together and they should pair to the device together.

Answer:	Buy a new pair. At $17 probably the best.
Question:	Can these be paired with androids phone
Answer:	I paired with my Galaxy tablet as well as my iPhone so I would say yes. Their add says they will pair with anything that has Bluetooth.
Question:	Can you charge your cell phone from the box of the elbow
Answer:	Probably not. Has a micro USB connection.
Question:	Has anyone had issues being able to charge both bud simultaneously? Only one seems to charge at a time
Answer:	No, I have not. I've purchased 2 pair though. I didn't have an any issue with the 1st. The 2nd pair won't allow me to charge 1 and use 1. I like to wear 1 at work. It turns off as soon as you put 1 back in the case.
