Answer:	I can hear my music but if you have something on like the tv it will pick up low sounds of it depending on the adjustment of the volume on the headphone, but with the (ANC) it cancel out all noise. Its a keeper for me especially for the price.

Answer:	Mine fully charged from zero to full within like an hour. If its taking longer I'd contact the seller.

Answer:	I get a static noise and a occasional faint Morse code beep. It's always there when it is playing audio even if it is not connected and just playing it's "power on" sound. The only way to get no noise is use the audio cable.

Answer:	I don't wear glasses. They are pretty adjustable, you should be able to fit. Also don't worry about your head size, one size fits all. Don't stress young blood.

Answer:	I've bought two and used both with two different phones. People on the other end tell me they hear an awful buzzing noise. I always have to disconnect from bluetooth. Listening to music is fine though

IMPORTANT OPERATION TIPS

1. First Manual Connection

A. Take out the earbuds from charge case

B. Press and Hold on the power on button of two earbuds at the same time for about 3 seconds till you hear the vocal prompt "POWER ON" ,then two earphones turn on and they will connect each other automatically.

C. Open the Bluetooth of your device, search "T Elf", connect earbuds with your device.(If you can not find the "T Elf" on your device, please check if your earbuds turn on or not and please make your earbuds close to your device as possible, try it again )

IMPORTANT WARM REMIND ----Two earbuds disconnect, or one side earbud is not working.

Please do not worry, just please try to manually repair two earbuds as the following steps.

A. First, hold and press the multi-function button until you hear the “pairing mode”

B. Continuously and quickly press the multi-function button of both earbuds 3 times at the same time to clear paring memory, then the earbuds will automatically shut down after above operation.

C. Next, put the two earbuds back to the charging box and close the cover, then open the cover of the charging box (the earbuds do not need to be taken out). The two earbuds will pair each other. Or you can press and hold the multi-function button of two earbuds at the same time for about 3 seconds to power on, two earphones will connect automatically again. (Please make two earbuds close each other as possible when you operate it)

D. At last, turn on the Bluetooth of your phone for pairing. Search“T Elf” again on your phone and connect your phone with earbuds.

2. Reconnection ----- When earbuds are fully charged in the charge case, if your mobile device's Bluetooth is turned on and has been paired with “T elf”, Earbuds will automatically turn on and connect back to your device when fully charged in the charge case, and the call may be transferred to the earbuds, in order to prevent missing important calls or alarm clock, please turn off Bluetooth of your phone when you are not using the headset.

3. After successfully connected the left and right earphone, press and hold the multiple-functional key to turn off one earbud, then the other one will also shut down together. If you want to use one single earbud, just need to put the other earbud into charging case, the earbud in the Box will stop to work but the other one can be used normally. At this moment, if you want to use two earbuds, please press the multiple-functional key to connect two earbuds again.

Answer:	It is not necessary to turn on the headphone to use the radio or SD card. In fact, you shouldn't. Just press the "wheel" and hold it until the green light comes on. If you have a SD card, that will start. Use the mode switch to change to FM. If you turn on the unit as well, it will continue to attempt to pair and announce the inability to do so in the middle of your FM or music. So don't turn it on, just press the wheel.
Question:	Are these headphones foldable
Answer:	The headphone taggle switch ajusts the sound leval, but if you push the switch in & hold it until the green light comes on, this will turn on the FM radio. Push the toggle forword or back word to adjust the station.

Quick Trouble Shootings for Using:

1. Bluetooth disconnect or can not be connected

A. Unpair the headphone, remove the pairing memory and then enter the pairing mode and pair again. Please make sure the headset is not more than 10M away from your devices.

B. Reset the headphone.

2. There is no sound on one side

Reset the headphone: Power on the headphones.Charge the headphones for 10 seconds or so, the headphones would power off on their own(you can see the LED goes out), unplug the cable.Power on the headphones again.And remove the pairing memory of your device,then pair again.

3. The earmuffs fall off

The earmuffs are detachable, you can easily remove and reinstall the earmuffs. If you want to fix the earmuffs, we suggest you use glue.
