Default communications device is for BT headsets, and is very low fidelity (16k? unsure.) If you have default audio device disabled, Windows will send sound to default communications device, and it will sound very scratchy. |

They feel cheap and flimsy in hand. Mines broke soon after I got them. They'll last you longer if you do not extend them. I extended mines on both sides, and they're broken on both sides. The extended plastic is more flimsy, something I didn't notice until they broke. They're now glued in. Oh, and customer support absolutely sucks. |
