Answer:	I had beats for 3 years and required them to be replaced twice. They wouldn't hold the charge. I direct messaged the Beats official Twitter page and they walked me through the whole process twice free of charge, never had a warranty!

Answer:	if there is a stable and not congested cellular network on both endpoints I can understand my counterpart and my counterpart can understand me including when I'm talking in noisy outdoor places like sports facilities with strong background noice of voices and wind. I have T-Mobile and iPhone7+. Compared with the over ear headphone models the microphone of the powerbeats3 is hanging closer to my mouth and this enables the mic to better pick up my voice and filter out the background noice IMO. Best voice over cellular network of any bluetooth headset I tried so far (MW60 wireless over ear, Bose Soundlink wireless II over ear, Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 wireless over ear, Plantronics Backbeat Pro wireless over ear).
