Answer:	Hi, Thank you for your inquiry. Wire for the SP3060 earphone is 1.2 meter long therefore you can place the phone anywhere within 1.2 metre distance in the car

Answer:	these Sp3060 earbuds would last minimum 2 years but it they break or stop working within couple of months you should be looking out for the points below 1- Never keep your headphones and earbuds in pockets, backpacks, or purses. No matter how careful you are, the container contents will get jostled and cause the cord to get pulled, stretched, twisted, bent, pinched, crushed, and damaged 2- Do not let the cord dangle off the edge of a desk, A dangling cord is basically stuck bent at a 90-degree angle, and that puts undue stress on the internal wire at that point. Think of it like a staple: bend it back and forth, it will break. If you ever press or pinch the cord against the edge by accident, it could sever the internal wire. 3- Never tie knots, avoid tight loops. Looser always better 4- Never pull the cable to disconnet the jack. Always pull from the 3.5mm jack. Here’s another huge reason why your headphones keep breaking: pulling on the cord causes stress where the cord meets the plug. Over time, pulling can cause the internal wire to break and separate from the plug. 5- Exposure to sweat and moisture. Electronics and water do not go together. Just as it can fry your computer or your phone, water can fry the audio drivers in your headphones. 6-  Sleeping with them on. You can’t control how you move when you’re asleep. You roll around, flop about, and twist and turn. At the very least, there’s a good chance you’ll snag the cord. 7- Cranking up the volume. All noise-producing devices do so by creating sound waves. Sound waves are produced by vibrations, and the louder the sound, the greater the vibrations. Because headphones components are delicate, excessive volume can warp the sound-producing parts.

Answer:	While I think they are comfortable on, I do find them difficult to sleep on my side while wearing them.

Answer:	I just pressed the earpad on mine, and it rebounded almost immediately. My memory foam pillow does not. You decide. ;)
Question:	Is there a switch for turning on the noise cancelling function? I only want to use them to block out noise, not listen to music
Answer:	yes, there is a switch that turns on the noise cancelling, and so you know they are not 100% efficient. The noise they block out are noises typically heard in airplanes like the engines, low noises, not people yelling and babies crying, just so you know.. If you want to not hear anything then you have to buy the expensive brands which do work very well, like bose and others..
Question:	Can these headphones reduce traffic noise (horn and engine noise) and bus noise itself (open window) while travelling in bus
Answer:	Noise cancelling technology, unless you spend hundreds of dollars, generally only reduce ambient noise that is consistent such as engine noise or airplane hum. They do not generally respond to inconsistent sounds like speech or sharp short term noises like car horns. They only reduce the noise but don't eliminate it so if the noise is loud it will still be somewhat overwhelming.
Question:	Are these good to wear at the shooting range
Answer:	WHAAAT? I can't hear you. Probably because I grew up shooting without any ear/eye protection... I can still read the question though... with my good eye. As others say, no headphones are designed for shooters (that I know of), however, I have used these with a leafblower and they are better than nothing at all.

Answer:	The audio controls are undesirable anyway! On every pair of headphones I have seen, the audio controls (which often include a mic) are the most fragile part of the headphones - one of the frustrating things about shopping for headphones is that when you try to spend more to get higher sound quality and better build quality (hence durability), they come with the audio controls, which outweigh any durability benefit...
Question:	I just bought these for conference calls (from home now) and can't find a microphone on them. What am I missing
Answer:	I made the same exact mistake. It was not clear that ANY other color except black does NOT have a microphone. I got green without realizing it doesn't have a mic!
Question:	how is the bass sound
Answer:	Very decent sound. Actually they are pretty sturdy as well. Good value.

Answer:	No remote, it has its own built-in timer to keep it on for 6 hours, off for 18 hours. Put the batteries in, push switch to "on" position *at the time of day you want the candle to go on*. The candle stays on for 6 hours. Turns itself off automatically, stays off for 18 hours, goes back on again at approximately the same time the next day. Push switch to "off" position and it's off.

Question:	Volume is low. Media is up all the way on my phone. Are they known to be "quiet" compared to "name brand
Answer:	I am having a similar problem. When I remove them from the charger, the volume is low. I then unpair and re-pair them to my phone and the volume is MUCH greater. I have all the correct media volume sync setting on my phone and this is the only headset that has this problem. It is really annoying having to unpair and pair every time I use the earbuds. Any other ideas?
Question:	What is difference in these and newer model
Answer:	There's a newer model called "TrueAir" with Apple style hanging ornamental lobes. I got a pair, then they vanished from Amazon. Out of stock the company said. There is no comparison, the TrueAirs have fair bass. These TrueFree are amazingly nil that way, especially since they reach deep into the ear. They sound tinny, like airline free wired buds.
Question:	How are these with watching video? Is there too much lag
Answer:	To reduce the lag of bluetooth audio transmission you need aptX codec support for both the receiving and transmitting device. These specific earbuds don't support the AptX codec, so there can be 100ms (1/10th of a second) or so difference between the video and when the audio plays. This issue can get worse the further away the two devices get.

Answer:	They're loud and have decent isolation from the outside, but no active noise cancelation

Answer:	Yes you can use it together or separately.

Answer:	Mine were already charged all i had to do was pair them and wear them.
Question:	Can i wear them in the shower
Answer:	I highly doubt wearing tbem in the shower would be advisable. Unless, you aren't washing your hair or face, then I'd say it would be fine... unless you drop one. Or wear a shower cap. Lol.
