One of earbuds is no working? Take it easy, maybe the earbud in mono mode .

Please try to reset the earbuds as below operation:

1. Disconnect the Bluetooth pairing and delete the Bluetooth connection record on the your device. Switch off the Bluetooth function of your phone.

2. Put the Bluetooth wireless earbuds back into the charging box and long press the left and right earbuds for 15 seconds.

3. After while, open the charging case’s cover, the wireless earphones will automatically turn on and pair with each other again.

4. Turning on your device Bluetooth function, choose the "F9" in your pairing list to connect again.

If it still does not work, please try several times to be successful.

One Step Connection

This F9 Bluetooth 5.0 earbuds are super easy to connect. Open the cover and the wireless earphones will automatically turn on and pair with each other.

Use for the first time: Open the charging box, the green light circles in the wireless earbuds flash 3 times and automatically pair with each other. The beep sound represents successful pairing. Turn on the Bluetooth of cellphone and tap "F9" to pair.

Question:	Can you make out calls
Answer:	Yes they do, and they work very well, too. First time people are actually telling me they hear me loud and clear and love that there's no distortion. In fact, they are better than the car's internal system, so I now use them instead of the car for phone calls

Answer:	Yes, the T12 have the same issue. To solve this issue get the T10. I own both the T10 and T12, and the T10 work perfectly for showering or working out in humid environments.

Answer:	Yes. I just got mine yesterday and put them on. About 10 min later, the volume starts going up and down, and they're in my ears, so I'm not touching them. They also skip music forward and backward. Then this morning, after only wearing them for a couple of hours last night, same thing happens. I disconnected from the bluetooth, and when I reconnected, only one would reconnect. The other bud is not working at all.... I HAVE NOT EVEN HAD THEM 24 HOURS. I don't have time for this crap. If I can't get a quick fix in the next hour, I'll return them. Fifty bucks is a lot of money to pay for junk.

Answer:	Dear Customer, Thanks for your question. Please feel free to check the reset introduction below: 1.Make sure the earphones are turned off, and then long press the multi-function button of the left and right earphones for 15 seconds until the orange and white light of the earphones light up for 1 second and automatically turn off. 2.Restart the earphone. After 2 seconds, double click the multi-function button of the left and right earphones to connect the left and right earphones. 3.After the successful interconnection of the left and right earphones, the orange and white lights of the left earphone flicker alternately. Question:	how is the sound of the bluetooth earbuds
Answer:	The sound quality is very good with no noise or hiss. Although the bass is lacking it excels for audio books, cellphone communication and non-bass music. I think if you had more bass you would loose the crispness of voice quality.

Answer:	You can solve this problem by resetting the Bluetooth earbuds. The reset operation is as follows: 1.Long press and hold the multi-functional key of the earbuds and put them into the charging case to charge,then release multi-functional key; 2.Turn on your mobile phone bluetooth and delete all the bluetooth devices you have connected(including the earphones)，and attempt to reconnect to them.
Question:	how to fix earbuds that won't connect to each other
Answer:	Reset (If 2 earbuds can't pair with each other or can’t connect with your device): 1. Forget the “T12” earbuds device from bluetooth list on your device. 2. Take out two earbuds from the charging case and long press the MFB of 2 earbuds for 6s until there are orange and white lights flashing for 1s then power off automatically. 3. Please long press MFB of the earbuds till 2s to turn on them when you see white lights on the earbuds,then double press MFB of both earbuds and 2 earbuds will connect to each other. After connected successfully, the left earbud will have orange and white lights flicker alternately. 4. After reset, please turn on your device and research the earbuds,finally connect them.
