Answer:	You can, but its not like using a pencil or pen, you have to keep the bottom of the pen straight and not tilted when you draw or write. If not, the arrow in the screen will go off course. (Its like tilting a regular computer mouse.) This may affect your hand-writing when you use it, since your hand must be posed straight at all times. It is better than using a mouse when it comes to signing and drawing, and it's a good quality, especially for the price.

1. For the amplifier issue

• Please connect the amp-c wire to your car amplifier ,if your amplifier is still without power, please connect the amp-c , the positive pole of the battery and the wire of your car amplifier together .

2. For the WiFi and Bluetooth issue

• If the WiFi and Bluetooth doesn't work well, please connect the reversing wire, there are two short wires, and please cut the two wires a little shorter

3. For the sub-woofer issue

• The wire harness was provided has a SUB port, if your car has multiple sub ports, please purchase a one-three or one- two port according to your car RCA wire.

4. Please make sure all wires are connected correctly

5. For the steering wheel control

Answer:	USB2 drivers for x86 have been standard and to my knowledge Win8 didn't change that, so I would answer that 99.99% YES, it will work. Personally since I HATE Win8 I can't validate my answer from personal experience.
