Question:	Do samsung phones still have the issue where the phone forces the tile app to go to sleep even though the os is set to never allow tile app to sleep
Answer:	Yes. September 2020 and this is still a problem. I can never locate my phone with my key tag because of this. I have set the app to be able to locate on the background. In phone settings I have set it to 'never sleep'. Samsung and tile just don't get along. However, finding all the other stuff I lost works just fine. Just re open the app.

Answer:	Yes, you can purchase, “ Premium Service “, which is about $30.00/ year.( I do have it). You can make settings with a Premium that will remind you ,that you left something behind,(via cell text). Premium will also show you a map of where the last place your item was while you were last in range of it. You can then go to that area and hope your back in range of it’s Bluetooth and Find it! For $30./ year, if it helps me find just one item that got lost,(and had a Tile ), It would be worth every penny.

Answer:	Hello there, That's a great question and definitely a rare one! Now locating the septic tank could be a bit tricky. A few variables could affect the Bluetooth connection as well as the water resistance. With the Tle Pro 2020 just being water resistant, the possibility of it taking in liquid is likely. If you were to attempt using Tile to track it, the best option would be a Tile Sticker due to its size and waterproof rating. Question:	Is there any warning that your battery is getting low on the Tile Pro
Answer:	Nope. If you don't check them frequently you'll only find out your batteries are low when the app tells you the item hasn't checked in for a few days/weeks. That's the achilles heel for these things. When you actually lose something and need to use the app to find it- then it will tell you the batteries are dead. I'm buying a new set of keys and key fob today for my car because the battery died and I didn't realize it until my keys were lost. I paid for the 'premium' version to see my tracking history and looks like the battery has been dead for a month. I would have really liked a warning that the battery was low before then. I then found out 4 of my other tiles have dead batteries, but the battery replacement service is based on time and not actual battery life so I had to replace all those batteries on my own even when paying for the premium service. So unless you're checking the battery yourself every day you're out of luck when the battery dies. I bought 8 tiles total last year, pro and regular and only half of the batteries lasted a full year. I would replace them every 6 months on a high value item like car keys.

Answer:	I also find it very much more reliable. I have a Garmin with standard LMT and it often reports "no traffic" (problems) while I'm sitting in an 8-mile backup. This DriveSmart 61 is fast and accurate at least in the Seattle Metro area zones (as in from Olympia to Everett, WA. Because of this I'm replacing that one ( an 2699 LMT HD) with another DriveSmart 61.

Answer:	Old question I know but felt it might be needed to clarify, this GPS can work with the app or the GPS cable. The difference in the two is accuracy and range, the app will get a larger more accurate view of traffic by looking at vehicles with a Garmin GPS inside than comparing these vehicles speed to the speed limit of the road. The cable works by radio a special band that is used to inform others of heavy traffic it can work pretty well but is reliant on the radio stations it can pick up (about 20-30 miles) and how accurate these reporting are (some rarely use this while others will but never remove the notice after it's been cleared). The app offers for features and gives you a larger look of traffic around you even hours away and in some chases re-route you early on so you can avoid heavy traffic if possible but this requires mobile data to use. The cable is less reliable and it's usefulness depends heavily on how well the town you are in/near reports this information and also poor range (a reported delay of 30 mins is no good (re-routing) if it takes you 10 mins of being in bumper to bumper traffic to come close enough in range to see the alert, this isn't frequent but can happen when going thru large cities (Kansas City, Saint Louis, Memphis, Atlanta) etc you get the point.

Tile uses Bluetooth to establish connection between a Tile and a mobile device. Compared to GPS, it's less battery intensive and is a better fit for our customers. We've made several improvements to our Tile Slim, like remaining as slim as possible Roughly the size of 2 credit cards, Slim can slip easily into wallets and passports cases or without increasing bulkiness. We've also increased the Bluetooth range to 200 feet! Finally, the battery life has been improved to last up to 3 years with no additional upkeep. Question:	If i leave it in my wallet and leave my wallet somewhere, will it show me the location? Is there a distance restriction on it

Yes, when communication is lost between your device and your Tile Slim 2020 attached to your wallet (either by closing the app or by exceeding the Bluetooth range, 200 ft on the Tile Slim (2020), your app will immediately record on the map inside the app the last time and place your Tile and mobile device were connected to each other. It’s the last place your Tile was seen by the app! No restrictions on where you might be to see the last location on the map.
