Answer:	No, you would need to do a custom route on Tyre and upload to the 550. Or, lok for a custom route on Tyre that someone else has uploaded.
Question:	Does it run on its own battery, if so how long does it last
Answer:	Yes. I have had mine for about 1 month and have not yet installed the power cable on either of my bikes. I recharge between trips and the battery on my unit has lasted for more than 8 hours on several trips. To extend battery life, I have the sound turned off since 1) you can't hear it on a moving bike, and 2) it's transmitting into my helmet, or at least will be if I can ever get the two to pair up.

Answer:	It will not hold a 5.5" device, unless that device is a pencil. I seriously doubt it will fit the 50lm, like I'd bet $1000 it won't.
Question:	My Garmin NUVI 260 measures 4 3/4" x 3". The interior dimensions of this product are stated to be 4 1/2" x 3". So it CANNOT be compatible, correct
Answer:	I have a Nuvi 40 which is also 4.75 inches wide. It just barely fits. I used a hairdryer heater and stretched to plastic a bit and now the fit is OK. Bottom line a 4&3/4 inch GPS does not really fit in this case without some work.

Question:	Will this "sync" with my Sena headset on my helmet
Answer:	I have a Sena 10S and it works. I can't speak for any other models. Garmin's website mentions that, for the Zumo 395, the Sena 20S and the SMH10 works, if that helps any. I couldn't find anything specifically about which headsets work with the 396 on Garmin's website.
Question:	Will this unit charge thru my bike’s usb port? other garmin units will not charge this way or from an aux battery

Question:	Can i charge the gps purely by using the usb cable? i don't want to go through the hassle of getting the provided charger connected to the actual bat
Answer:	The answers to your question aren’t really correct. Yes it obviously can be charged with a USB cable, that’s why they provided one. I however know what your asking and the answer is NO! The GPS when in its cradle blocks (stupidly) the female port in which the USB cable plugs into such that there is no way to charge it using the USB cable while it’s in its cradle. Why they didn’t put the the female on the side of the gps is beyond me but perhaps it’s to better keep water out? I have a 12v cigarette type port near my dash that I plug a USB adapter into. They sell a male USB to alligator clips I bought. The cable is really long so to keep things tidy and to have a more hardwired connection I just cut the wires to desired length and joined them and put electrical tape around it. I think thee is a sheath u can buy u can heat up to join the wires to make it even cleaner if u wanted. Much better than trying to run the wires all the way to the battery considering most new bike have a 12v near the dash.

For added peace of mind, your zūmo navigator’s built-in Automatic Incident Notification feature sends a text message, when paired with compatible smartphone, with location information to your predetermined contact if an incident occurs.

A built-in trip computer with digital fuel gauge comes standard with your zūmo 396 LMT-S. So it’s easy to estimate how many miles you can ride before you’ll be running on empty. Dynamic fuel stop alerts prompt you when it’s time to refuel and even provide gas station location options. A helpful speed limit indicator lets you know when it’s time to throttle down. Unbox the device, download the app and set up the tracker. The app will take you through the 5 minute set up process. Once done, hide the device inside your motorcycle (under plastic fairings, under the seat, etc. - be creative and make it really hard for thieves to find!). 



How Monimoto works?

When Monimoto detects movement it will search for a keyfob. If the keyfob is not around (thus the owner is not near the vehicle), the device will initiate the alarm procedure - call its owner's phone and start sending GPS location data to the mobile app every 5 minutes. 



Why Monimoto?

Due to prompt alarm call combined with vehicle location detection and reporting via mobile app chances of theft prevention or vehicle recovery with Monimoto are highly increased.



According to various statistics most standard locks and chains, when used in isolation, fail to prevent thefts effectively. Additional security level if used in tandem with e.g. a disc lock and also enables you to recover your bike after theft which would not be possible having a disc lock only.
