Question:	I have an otter box on my iphone 6s plus. Will the mount still fit
Answer:	I have an iPhone 8 plus with a Spigen Herringbone case and Ring holder on the back and have been using this holder for a year now with no issues. Yes, the phone does not fit perfectly in to the holder and does stick out but there is still enough grip from the sides and with it tilted up to my view point in my car, Mazda CX5, the phone has never fallen out. At least not yet. I have tried a LOT of holders and this has been the best one I have found to date. I am buying 2 right now for my parents. My dad was driving my car while I was out of the country last month and the holder mysteriously disappeared when I went to get the car back. :)

1. Hold the car mount with your hands and unscrew the lock washer on the back. (Do not throw away this washer) Place circular ball on lever through lock washer.

2. Insert the ball into the slot in the back of the mount.

3. Tighten the lock washer back onto the mount.

4. The unit is now assembled.

5. Use the bi-directional lever to clamp the mount to your air vent. One way will be tighter than the other.

6. Adjust your mount to the desired position and you are ready to go!

7. Simply open the sides with the button on the back of the mount and place your cell phone or device in the mount and close the sides to secure it. Then use the quick release button on the back to remove your device.

Answer:	1. Not a single GPS in the world needs internet or mobile connection, not even your iPhone2. Some areas of middle east forbid GPS, so do research before crying that your arms got chopped off3. Download an application that can store offline maps, this product is a 10Hz GPS receiver made for racing

Answer:	You can use the Lightning side port to inject power to your iPad. That is, since the Bad Elf is using the iPad's Lightning port, the side port on the GPS receiver allows the iPad to run or recharge off external power (5V, 2.1A) while using the receiver to acquire GPS data thus not depleting the iPad's battery. Think of the side port as a power pass-through.
Question:	Will it run Pokemon Go
Answer:	This does not "run" anything, it simply helps acquire a more stable and accurate GPS signal. Actually, I used to have one of these and it is poorly made, is not usable with big phone cases, and I don't recommend you buy it. I have the SkyPro Bluetooth GPS and it is incredibly stable and reliable. I use it for flying, it needs an external batter after about 3 hours, but thats only due to my usage practices.

Answer:	To play PokemonGO you go you need two things; Positional data and internet connectivity. The Bad Elf can give you the positional data - for the connectivity you would need to either have a dedicated hotspot or a friend/parent willing to share the connection from their phone.

Answer:	Same as Apple Store. And you have 60 days to add AppleCare+ which I highly recommend. I added it online after receiving my watch and making sure all was ok.

Answer:	Ours just arrived Nov 2019, and it has an adapter. Contact the seller. The watch looks and feels of great Apple quality. I won’t know until the holiday if it’s working because it is a gift. It has on band that is adjustable, not two and someone else stated below. No box, but in a good bubble wrap envelope sleeve. Fingers crossed that he loves it. If not, it can be returned up to 90 days!? From what I understand.
Question:	What is the difference between the watches that have only gps and the ones with gps+cellular
Answer:	The ones with cellular allow you to use your watch without your phone or wifi. If you get the gps+cellular, you do not need to have the watch activated with cellular service. If you don't have the gps+cellular watch activated with cellular service, it works just like a gps only watch. Also, the gps only watch is 8gb vs 16gb for the gps+cellular.

Answer:	the 38mm is 4mm smaller than a 42mm and most of the people who can afford these (RPR) would buy the larger one unless you have tiny wrist.
