Question:	I bought this stand on August 29, 2013. It worked very well, but it has already broken where the little ball that attaches and holds the piece on there, is there a warranty or a place to order replacement parts
Answer:	These holders are designed for the 'Classic' raclette dishes, unfortunately the 4-person raclette dishes do not work with these holders. Our best suggestion is to use a heat-resistant coaster for resting the dishes.

Answer:	I don’t know the exact dimensions since fire tablets appear to have several sizes, but it takes my iPad pro and it’s in the ballpark size for that, so probably you can use it.

Answer:	Yes I believe so,I have a ASUS TABLET 9.6 and I have plenty of room on it. I think it goes up to 10.5,try it out what you have to lose. I love mine.

Answer:	I have used it in a CRV on mountain roads. The thumbscrew can loosen with the bouncing and vibration. If you put come locktite thread locker on the thumbscrew threads it will stay in place and stable. You can get locktite at almost any hardware store for about $4 per tube. The mount is great other than the screw loosening issue.

Answer:	Heavy duty may be too stiff. I used medium duty ones on mine on my pickup going through brush and trees. Let's them flex a bit more.

Question:	Um, it didn’t come with the seat rail mount? How can I get that and the bolts long enough to attach it
Answer:	Uses the existing seat rail mounting bolt, just need to loosen bolt and slide mounting clip under rail and bolt. On GM vehicles the bolt head is torx, a 15mm socket will work on torx head bolt. Bracket can slightly restrict total forward travel of seat. All that being said, a great product for holding tablets in place.

Answer:	yes, IF it will actually attach to your car seat or you dont mind drilling holes on your car. I have a F350 superduty no such luckk had to mount it totally different. A 1 hole conduit strap screwed into the side of my console for support because the aluminum rod is sturdy but it sways like a sailor at sea.its not bad for the money also buy the extendable arm mount for the windshield, I have 2 note pro 12.2 note 3 for work and that pesky 8 ball pool.
