Answer: Not sure.....the opening on the bottom of the case is approx.11/2 inches. It says all Kindle Paperwhites prior to2018, so if yours is a Paperwhite, it should be ok I think.

Question: Will this fit a 2015 7th generation kindle Paperwhite
Answer: Based on similar questions asked about other brands of cases, my best guess is no. Apparently there is a slight difference in size between the older and newer models. That said, I'm happy with this model and would recommend it if they offered it for older Paperwhites.
Question: Can't get the auto wake sleep to work. Any idea why
Answer: Not sure it's a function of the case. I find mine will always go to sleep, but to wake it fully I sometimes have to press the power button. Or maybe I'm just impatient and it may rouse itself eventually. The screen comes on but it doesn't always respond to swipes to get going.
