Answer:	Yes - mine started doing this after a few months. It still charged, but had the red X on the battery. Now the cable is completely broken. Word of advice: If you are using this to charge your tablet in the tripod position (in other words, sitting upright against a support on the back) - don't do that unless you have the cord hanging straight down. This charger cord cannot take any bending or flexing at all - the wires inside break, then the covering on the cord breaks if you do that - then you're buying a new charger. The more serious issue you face is the tablet case does not have magnets on the short sides of the shell case you place the iPad into. Without these magnets, the shell case will not will not stand up in portrait mode. You will need to prop up the shell case some other way so the iPad will stay vertical. You could just lay it our flat on your desk or table but this may not a good solution for you.

Answer:	It has clips that slipknot into slots. Ours came with the clips on the long edge. It comes with a tool to help move them if you want them on the short edge. If the strap is not in use, the clips can be connected to make a handle.
Question:	Does this fold back so you can use it like a “book”? How many angles/slots are there for landscape viewing
Answer:	This case with hand strap,once side of it are fixed, so it was not able to remove. But the shoulder strap is removable.
