Answer:	This mostly diffuses light and is good for privacy issues. So you still get quite a bit of light coming thru, tho not glare. At night, headlights are even more diffused, so the light is more 'spread out' than if it came thru the clear glass. You sort of end up with more light than without it - it's more spread out versus a more focused headlight. What it does best, is serve to give you privacy. You can't see in, you just see shadows and shapes. This is more for privacy than to reduce glare. But it does help with the glare some.

Answer:	I know that’s the seller and I could just have a bad one but mine only charges for 10 minutes then stops, when I turn it on the red will stay on for about a minute then turn off (when fully charged) when it’s not fully charged it’ll stay red for 10 minutes. The battery life is about an hour.

Answer:	This product should come with a charging cable. I have watched several reviews on this product and all unboxings show that a usb A to usb C cable is packaged in the box. Also the instruction pamphlet shows details on the cable. I will attempt to contact the seller and see what is the issue. Also I believe these cases may be open box items being sold due to the clear sleeve that holds the instructions and warranty card was open and the items were loose in the package.
