Answer:	It does not work on the larger pads very well without adapting your own straps. My husband did that with his and uses it just as he did when he had his first ipad.

Things should not break that easily, so I would attempt to contact Otter Box directly and see if they will replace the item, being it was probably a manufacturer defect. They definitely stand by their products and have worked with replacing an item they make even though I did not purchase directly from them. They may ask you to take a few cell phone pictures to send to them for examination. Good luck.

Answer:	I don’t think so. I had to purchase this one because I purchased one very similar and it didn’t have the screen protector. It was for use with the keyboard. Discription was kinda vague on that one. This one is pretty light and not too bulky. It was purchased for my daughters iPad. I don’t think there is anyway to attach the keyboard on this particular case. Check out the other case, item model number 77-63576, this might be what you are looking for.
Question:	Will this work for the iPad Air
Answer:	The pencil holder is a flexible silicone. My daughter tells me she hasn't had a problem with it hanging up on things but I think if you were to carry it around in a book bag/ruck sack or some type of soft case, you may run into problems with it catching on something when trying to remove it from the bag or case
