Answer:	This case fits the Amazon HD 8, the exact size of that tablet is 8.43 x 5.04 x 0.38; I looked up the Gizmotab specs, it's size is 8.26 x 5.04in, so one size will be almost a quarter inch smaller than the tablet its made for but it should work, if it shifts inside the case, you may wanna put something - foam, fabric, cotton, whatever - into the case so it's snug. If it is able to move inside case, it wont be impact- proof. I don't know where your power and volume controls are located, so I don't know if they will line up, but you can cut out squares where they are and the case will still be fully functional. I have this exact case on my Asus tablet, cuz you can't find this type for Asus Zenpad 8.0, and it's a LOT smaller so I have a silicone skin on it inside the case which makes it fit perfectly. I had to cut squares out of the plastic case for the power and volume buttons, but it still looks and works perfectly. To cut squares to line up with your buttons, put tablet in case, trace around the buttons on outside of the case in marker; cut back amd forth along the lines repeatedly, it will take like 10 minutes of cutting back and forth, making deepening grooves -use a box cutter or exacto knife - a sharp, straight edge blade - continuing until it cuts clean through or gets to the point it easily snaps right off; trying to cut through it with scissors or wire cutters or attempting to saw it with a serrated knife will crack the plastic. Don't cut out squares in rubber part, just cut 3 sides and leave a flap, so the buttons stay protected; you can access the buttons through the rubber perfectly. This case is so awesome that mine fell 5 feet onto an unfinished wood floor and the video didn't even skip! It also gives significant protection against liquid, as I've gotten it wet through spills and open windows several times and it doesn't get through the case. I've bought this same case 4 or 5 times, and will stick with this brand forever.
