Answer:	If a person's business requires that they have an espresso machine available 24-7-365-10, (or whatever your opening hours are) you will need a back-up machine. Also, if the machine is kept on so it is ready instantly to make an espresso it will reduce the life of the boiler coil, and perhaps other components too. The tank, if washed and dried at the end of the day and then filled the next day would support at least 10 espressos if not 15. Also note that if you are making a Latte or other frothed milk drink, that is done at a different temperature than making espresso. The machine would need to cycle up to the frothing temperature, and then cool down for the next drink. The whole process of starting from a cool machine to serving a drink would be around 5 minutes. Frothing milk to get microfoam is a learned experience, and the machine pictured has a new frother that would work differently than what I have so I cannot comment on the ability of the current X1 to make microfoam other than to say that over the decades since the x-1 was first produced with an aluminum boiler, to 3 or 4 years ago when I bought my last one, illy has continually upgraded the machine. The one I have today works much better than the one I had in 2002. I certainly like it for home use (although I do use a model that has a portafilter that accepts ground coffee, not pods.) A number of the arguments above including employee time required might suggest that a more professional machine might serve a business better.

Question:	Is this case easy to take on and off
Answer:	New Trent Technical "Support" was completely useless in helping us to address this question. I received vague one word replies to my specific questions and it was obvious that they were unable to help me solve the problem. Like me, others wanted to be able to install their own better quality 9H tempered glass screen protector rather than use New Trent's "screen protector" which is nothing more than a separate piece of inexpensive plastic integral to the front case cover offering only marginal protection from a front fall. Because the case was designed to be used with their cheap screen protector I would not recommend attempting to install an aftermarket glass screen protector because the tolerances will be too tight to accommodate snapping the front cover back into the case properly. My recommendation is to either remove the front case cover entirely and install a good 9H tempered glass screen protector or simply leave well enough alone and use the existing cheap screen protector they supplied....it's really a trade-off. Even a well-rated product like this has to cut corners somewhere and it seems like we found it's Achille's Heel! CD
