Answer:	The CleanerNet is a subscription based service and we have to invest a lot of resources to not only develop and add improvements to our software, but also to host and maintain each account. Unfortunately because there are costs to provide the service to you we are unable to provide internet protection long term for free. If you choose not to renew your account once the one year trial period is up the CleanerNet service will discontinue to work however the router will continue to operate as it would normally.

Answer:	I have the 12 inch, a saute pan, and a sauce pan. All work beautifully on my induction cooktop. Make sure, however, that you are purchasing All-Clad E785S264/E785S263 HA1 Hard Anodized Nonstick. They apparently have a lesser line of non-stick ware that does not work on induction. I have no issues with slow heating either. I also own quite a bit of All Clad stainless. This hard anodized nonstick is by far my favorite go to cookware.

Answer:	All-clad makes a superior product. I use both Calphalon sear and slide line and All-clad non stick with one reservation, their HA 1 line. First they are made in China and they have the worst handles ever created. I am a retired Chef with over 40 years experience. I have used many different pots and pans in my career and never used a pan with such an uncomfortable handle. The way it's made it cuts into your hand when you lift it, even with out food in it. With food it's even worse. If you want to use All-clad, buy their regular line of pots, not the HA 1 series.

Answer:	The CleanerNet Router works on any internet connection however there are some, like Cable or DSL, that do require a modem as well. If you have cable internet we highly recommend using your own cable modem which can be purchased online or at any retail electronics store.( Arris Cable Modems are what we use most often.) Your ISP will often install a cable modem/router combo for you but they will also charge you a monthly fee to lease it from them. I have found that you will recover the cost of buying and using your own modem within the first year and then save, on average, about $120 per year thereafter by using your own.
Question:	Does this require subscription fee for mobile device
Answer:	This has a 1200 meg maximum output on the wifi between the 5G & 2.4 ghz channels and gigabit throughput on the LAN ports. We do have a more robust router on our website that will handle larger networks and also supports up to two additional WAPS ( wireless access points) if you have a larger home that requires more coverage. This router also comes with a year of CleanerNet Service as well.

Answer:	We do have an android app that works on mobile devices and tablets however it does not run on Chromebooks reliably due to some limitations on the Chrombooks App Support. Consequently we are unable to support its use on these devices.
