Luckily, ebay has them for I think I paid $4.85 for mine with free shipping. I found a bluetooth dongle for 6 bucks too. I suggest and urge you to use a driver update program to upgrade everything pretty soon or is will start to crash. I would have sent mine back but even with its issues it's a good price. I paid 85. Except the windows product key isn't valid and therefore not eligible for upgrade to windows 10. Im just found out and am considering reporting them to windows or lodging a complaint. In 5 months it will be practcally worthless.

Answer:	Installing new memory is as easy as on any other modern PC. Pop the cover, locate the RAM slots, remove what's there and add new chips. I'm not sure about its max memory; the highest offered from HP with this rig is 16GB. If you really need to go above that, two factors affect this: processor type and OS level. Since this is an x64 machine, the max memory under Win7 Pro should be 192GB. x86 machines have a max of 4GB no matter the OS; Home versions of Win7 have varying limits from 8 to 16. Careful if you're upgrading to 10 that the machine will still handle the max 192GB; I haven't tried that.

So you do need that TW modem in addition to this unit and a cable box for TW triple play, but your only equipment fee if you have your own modem is for the cable box / DVR. I am using this modem and a TW modem with a high bandwidth splitter and good, short coax patch cables (or you can use different cable wall outlets for phone and Internet if you prefer) with TW triple play, and am not charged any monthly rental fee for Internet or phone hardware.
