Answer:	Instructions don't show one and I can't get it to skip songs. Sadly you have to use your phone...

Answer:	I don't know what speaker the previous 2 answers have, mine has no batteries or charging cables and has to be plugged in to 110 V at all times to work.
Question:	Will it work in my summer house as the walls are quite thick
Answer:	It does have auto shut off, but you cannot turn off this feature. I contacted the manufacturer and got confirmation of this. Every time you want to use it, you have to turn it back on. I returned this speaker because we bought it to leave hooked up to our Echo Dot all of the time.
Question:	Is the PoE converter included or bought separately
Answer:	Nope, I asked. Very annoying and a big negative on this speaker.

Answer:	If your Belkin connect to the ATT modem, then this can be an inbetween booster. I use it to boost from my Sprint modem 300 feet to a storage building where I have another extender that amplifies the signal from 2 bars to 4 bars.

Answer:	Yes, it does require an ethernet cable since the power is provided through that cable. The one I purchased is mounted on the building where the main router is located and provides wifi to a spotlight camera a couple hundred feet away.
Question:	what signal strength in DB's is the receiver rated? Reception is more important than transmit power

Question:	Need help, just to be sure, if i understand correctly; can i setup and use this via wi-fi in repeater mode with no ethernet cable nessesary
Answer:	You can. First though when you first setup using the ap.setup through your browser (on the ap's wifi network default) be sure to go to wifi advanced settings and change its band from 20/40 (default) to 20 Mhz. In the usa 20 is the only one that works the rest will have a dropping signal issue. This is not a mesh so you will have to have different ssid to work. Once you go to wizard simply click the ap mode to repeater and then link to your existing wifi. Also UPDATE THE FIRMWARE. It will save time to do this now. But the other part of this question is the cable. There is technically an ethernet cable that has to come out of it and go to poe plug in. But that part itself does not need connected to the LAN.
Question:	Why does the ac adapter need a lan connection for repeater mode? planned location already has power but no ethernet
Answer:	This iten doesn't appear to have a direct connection for the AC adapter, so an "Ethernet" cable is used to power this item. Answer:	Dbi is a measurement of the power. The theory is, increasing the power should increase the range but it rarely works that way. The general rule is for a DB is every 3db increase doubles the power so going from say 5 to 8 would be 2 times but going from 5-11 would be 4 times the power. Problem is that signal loss over distance also follows this a similar rule so the rate you lose increases with distance.

Answer:	I would like to give you some personal advice. Do not buy any type of Netgear extender. They do not work at all. What you need to do is get a expensive router that is the best thing for your Wi-Fi system. Amazon can supply you with that. Or go to Best Buy and test it out. Trust me extenders do not work. You’re throwing your money away.
Question:	Does it need to be plugged in near the router
Answer:	Try using the extender's IP address - just enter 192.168.1.250 in the browser window, while the unit is powered and in close proximity to your router, which should be powered also, of course !
Question:	Is it dual voltage 110v/220v?I need an accurate answer
Answer:	The wifi range extender gets really warm when its plugged in. I personally keep it out of sunlight areas to avoid overheating Hope this helps
Question:	Does this create a new ssid that is different than the main network ssid
Answer:	This device has been designed to integrate with virtually any router - as for coverage, your square footage is paramount, i.e., beyond 1200 sq ft, your extension will be negligible. Hint: 1200 sq ft is nearly a 35 x 35 square !
