Answer:	I'm not sure on this specific model but I did use one made by TrendNet which uses the same ASIX AX88179 Chipset. The trendnet adapter worked fine with no issues in the latest version of pfsense (2.2.4). Although I can't tell you how long the device will work on a home network long term. I use it as a backup NIC in case the second hand PCI-e I'm using burns out.

Answer:	I bought the USB 3.0 version of this product in December 2018 to play Super Smash Bros Ultimate online. Although that game has issues with lag that I think can only be fixed at Nintendo's end, it has otherwise worked perfect for me without issues. For anyone having issues, first and foremost MAKE SURE you are using the USB 3.0 ethernet adapter and PLUG IT INSIDE THE BACK OF THE DOCK'S CASE, you will notice that USB port is blue while the outer ports are not. I have no idea if it works on the outside ports, even if it did you will not get full speeds because those ports are USB 2.0 -- yes the back of the will NOT close with the USB adapter in, but that affects nothing except aesthetics. If the 3.0 adapter does not work for you when plugged into the back blue USB port, return or exchange it.

So, I think YES, it will work OK. Note in my review that I like the long 8.4 ft output cord, but I wish it had an indicator light to show that it is on. Also note the unusual 'sideways' configuration that uses less length along a typical power strip.

Answer:	This device is primarily intended to "replace" the internal Ethernet adapter located on the motherboard inside a PC. It may or may not work on any particular device other than a standard personal PC capable of running MS Windows. To answer your question one would need to know what kind of connection you are trying to make to your Xbox. For example, are you trying to connect the Ethernet port on your computer to the Xbox? Or are you simply trying to connect your Internet modem directly to the xBox? If you are simply trying to fire up your xBox with an Internet connection, this raises another question: Why can't you simply use an Ethernet cable to directly connect your Xbox to your Internet modem? Is there some reason to suspect that your xBox has lost its capability to connect to the Internet? If so, there is a good chance the UGREEN USB Ethernet Adapter might not work for this because your xBox will only be compatible with the UGREEN USB Adapter if the xBox has a motherboard that appears to anything you connect to it EXACTLY as a PC computer running MS Windows. Your best way to figure this out is to contact tech support for your xBox and/or tech support at UGREEN and ask them if the xBox is, in fact, a fully PC-compatible "Windows" computer designed for a special purpose (gaming). If so, you may be in luck. Which brings us back to your specific question: Why to you need to connect a UGREEN USB Ethernet modem to your xbox? Is it because your xbox is getting old and no longer works when you try to connect it to the Internet? If that is the case, the only thing that will work for you is to buy a new xBox or similar stand-alone gaming device. (Sorry to be the bearer of bad news).
