Stick with the kit lens otherwise maybe the Sony 20mm F2.8 is better.

I also have an A600 and this lens, I sold my 16-50 and kept this one.

Answer:	It behaves as it is marked. Remember that this is a D-SLR only lens and is made for C-sized sensors. Consequently, it behaves like a 50mm lens (when compared to film camera). So it is definitely not a "wide" angle lens :-) So not a lens for the stereotypical landscape pictures but I am pretty sure one can take beautiful landscape pictures with just about any type of lens :-) The lens does have a wide aperture and behaves quite fast. I had bought it for my Minolta Maxxum 7D camera but I had to sell it since this lens was having focusing issues with my Minolta. The buyer had a Sony D-SLR and the lens performed perfectly fine on his camera :-)

Question:	How can I remove the screen protector
Answer:	The film is attracted to the screen via the electrical charge of the electrostatic silicon ion particles on the film; the electrostatic charge is the 'adhesive'. I have found the film can be peeled off and on with no residue or stickiness left on the screen, the film or your hands. I have peeled these films off and on several times and they continue to adhere to the screen when re-attached. In fact, getting all the bubbles out requires the lifting of the screen numerous times (for me anyway; I think I am severely deficient regarding the bubble reduction gene). Patience is required but well worth the effort for my eyes; there are notable positive effects and I make the application process one of my zen experiences with good music in the background!

Answer:	no, this will not block any blue light. The anti-blue light is snake oil. LED's have three lights in them, red green and blue. The Combination of them tricks our eyes (which *typically* have 3 cone cells red,green,and blue) into thinking we are seeing the color that is being displayed. In order for this to actually be a blue light filter it would have to be of the yellow tint to it. A true blue light filter will distort the colors that you see since it would diminish the amount that the blue LED is sending out. lessening the blue makes the white a yellow color since yellow is a combination of red and green. a quick test to see if the blue light filter actually works is to put magenta on the screen. Magenta is only created with blue and red, A real Blue light filter would make magenta look red, Even if the filter only cut out 20% of the blue light. Blue light brightness to our eyes is less than red which is less than green. which is why true green seems so bright and harsh.
