Answer:	The manufactures directions are extremely specific. You need to "Match" your Chrombook Model # with the mCover Hard Shell Case to get the correct fit. You can find your Serial # on the bottom of you chromebook. I have a 2020 4+ and it fit perfectly. If it's not on there "Fit List", it won't fit properly.
