Answer:	Afraid not. I have my I-pad in a smaller one in this one and it fits well and is protected well, but I wouldn't be able to cram my laptop in it.

Answer:	If it is 14" wide, it WILL NOT fit in the 14" case. If it is 14" diagonal, it should but do measure the width as the bag is only 13.5" wide. I keep my charger in the larger outside pocket and it fits well, but would be a pain to take out and put back all the time if you have anything in the inner small pockets. It could also fit in the very front pocket.

Answer:	Depending on the thickness of the book(s), I would say yes you can fit one to two books into the bag. I carry a set of headphones in mine and there is still plenty of room when I zip it shut.
