Answer:	It depends on the size of your rolling suitcase handle, but the loop handle on this briefcase are fairly large so should be able to slip over a lot of them. I've also used metal clips from the hardware store to connect bags together - I think they are called c-clips or something like that. You can get a pack of 6 of them for next to nothing.

Answer:	Asked pre-purchase from Coolbell (no response thru Amazon Contact Us Button), Amazon, and Square-Trade. Seemed nobody knew what the warranty was or how claims would be handled. Just received the bag. There is a little card directing you to www.coolbell-bag.com (not a protected site). That site directs you to to tianlibag.com (Chinese company manufacturing different brands). Site is not really much use as the English is so horribly fractured. As best I can tell, they provide a 7 day or 15 day warranty. The only other warranty information on their site says return it to Amazon within 30 days (normal Amazon return policy). Since I went ahead and purchased the Square-Trade extended warranty as I felt nobody was providing me any straight answers, will just have to wait and see if the product fails. Should it, then I have three places to seek remedy: Amazon, Square-Trade, FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Frankly, they would have been better served by stating there is no warranty and if you don't want the product, return it within Amazon's normal return window.

Question:	Is the shoulder strap removable
Answer:	The case I received on January 30th (2021) in Los Angeles (delivered the day after I placed my order, so this had to come from an LA warehouse) has an OUTSIDE length measurement of 17 7/8 inches, not 18.5 inches. The inside length is 16 3/8 inches and the inside width is 7 3/8 inches. The two interior pockets fold flat against the sides, so the maximum inside width clearance between the folded pockets is only 7 1/4". For an inch and a quarter at the four corners, the double seams of the folded pockets cut the available width to about 7 1/8 inches. The overall OUTSIDE height is 13 1/4" from the base of the four brass-button feet to the top of the handle, lying flat against the case top. The folding top of the case is just a double layer of thick vinyl with heavy stitching. The top of my case DOES NOT fold over and stay open. For that you would need the metal piano hinge closures of a more expensive case like Stebco makes for traveling salesmen. However, those are going to cost you 3x the price of this bag. This case also lacks an interior crush proof plastic shell like the higher price bags. Both ends of the case are thin plastic shell on the inside, and the sides feel like fiber board covered in vinyl. You can sit on some of the Stebco professional cases. Don't try sitting on this. It will bend out of form. All things considered, this Heritage Case with free shipping ($56+ on Amazon) is the best deal available. It has a 5 year (rather worthless) guarantee, but at that price don't expect to be returning it. This may last you a lifetime, but it is not really designed for that. Don't expect to put it through air travel with your checked luggage. It won't last very long in the hands of commercial baggage handlers. However, if you intend to be kind to it, it should last for decades and you'll get your money's worth. Bottomline: definitely good value for the money.

Answer:	Not very. The lock isn’t solid steel & it’s fairly easy for anyone with a flathead screwdriver to break open. It took all but a few minutes for someone to break the lock open on mine which rendered it useless as a security box. Very disappointing.

Answer:	1. Plastic safety tab should be intact, woven through numbered dials, and all three dials should be centered on zero = 000. 2. With safety tab still intact SLIDE square button away from numbered dials. This should result in release of latch into the open position. 3. Set Lock Combination - Vaultz® Combination Lock Instructions 1. Leave the latch in the open position. 2. Carefully cut and remove plastic safety tab 3. With latch still in the open position, SLIDE square button in towards numbered dials and HOLD it in this position. While holding the button, set each numbered dial one at a time. 4. Roll numbered dial down until you reach your desired 3 digit combination. Make sure the digits are centered across the middle of the lock assembly. 5. Now it is safe to release button 6. With latch still in the open position, scramble numbered dials by rolling them down off of your chosen combination code. At this time you should not be able to slide the square button away from the numbered dials (mimicking a locked latch). 7. Now, roll the numbered dials down and select your set combination digits/code. The square button should now easily slide away from the numbered dials (mimicking an unlocked latch). 8.
