The medium sized bag will hold a laptop within the dimensions 14.5" L x 6.5" W x 10.75" H while the large bag's dimensions: 17" L x 7" W x 13.5" H. I'd measure your laptop dimensions first and see if it will fit into the bag. The bag does have a bit of extra room as it's not rigid and, plus the width or depth is 6.5" for the Medium and 7" for the Large. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I just tried with a Poland Spring 16 oz. bottle and it fits with the bottle half contained in the pocket. Larger bottles would have to go in the two mesh end pouches.
