Answer:	Yes, mine has one that is sewn in to the back of the bag and the center area also has a large Velcro spot to keep it tight to the bag when not in use. Very well built bag.

Answer:	Not sure what a Pullman luggage strap is. But the bag does have a pass-through so it can hang on the handles of a larger bag. Answer:	The Renegade will fit a 15" laptop. I have an XPS13 that I carry in my Ogio Renegade. However, I just slipped in my new XPS15 and it fits in the padded compartment without any issue. I love this bag. It is durable, holds the right amount of odds and ends on a daily basis. My only complaint is the strap could be a little less slippery on the shoulder but overall I am very satisfied.

Answer:	The bottom and 4 sides are a hard shell, the top has a protective cushion on the inside of the flap. I've used it for sunglasses with no problems.
