Answer:	I doubt it. I measured mine with a ruler and it’s just over 15”. I don’t think you’d be able to close the flap.

Answer:	I bought mine as a personal item for a trip. It fit my blanket, coat, tablet, snacks, phone chargers, water bottle and had plenty of room left. It fits under the seat in front of you in a plane and the top opening is convenient if you need to access it.
