Answer:	In reviewing the dimensions of the Galaxy Note 9, we think that the width of the cell phone may be a bit too wide for the pocket. But please check back often, we have some backpacks launching soon that will have larger tech pockets for cell phones.

Answer:	I did not look at that on the backpack and it is off to college with my student. I am assuming US but I do not know for sure.

Answer:	It should. Best guess is to measure that iPad and buy the one that is big enough. It appears you are asking about the 13-13.3 inch bag and if you don't have a ruler, a dollar bill is six inches long so if your iPad is longer than 2 bills then I would consider whether the extra length is more than an inch and if it is, then go up to the next size.
