Question:	Is the size difference between the standard version of this backpack and the "large" version of this backpack notable
Answer:	I have the std. version. While it is adequate for most of my purposes, I find the outside pockets to be less accommodating than I'd like. You can get a laptop in the main compartment of this, but, it constricts how much else it can then hold. If I had it to do over, I'd get the larger one as it probably could handle more in the outer pockets and at least leave it usable for other things if you wanted to carry a laptop in it as well.
Question:	So I got the A size of the bag and its a little bit to small for all my binders i use for class. How much bigger is the larger size of this bag
Answer:	The 'B' size will fit the needs of binders much better than the 'A' will. It's just enough larger to be more usable for more items, and that was my reason for chosing it. The 'A' size is definitely too small for most uses. Other than that, it's a really great backpack, that has been useful, and the envy of many who have seen it.

Answer:	I honestly not sure what the size dimensions are, but I can assure you that your 12'' records will fit just fine. This back got two main compartments which are designed to fit one 15'' laptop, and two 10'' iPads in the first one, The 2nd (which is my favorite) I can fit up to 4 500 pages books stacked two on top of two. Question:	Would the crush proof "safe zone" fit a pair of Beats on ear headphones in the soft case
Answer:	I keep my Jambox in my crush proof safe zone. The dimensions on that are 6" x 2.3" x 1.6" - I keep the jambox in the tight fitting case it comes with and it does not seem to have any wiggle room in the crush proof zone. There is a little room around the sides and top , enough to close it, but not much. If the headphones are not collapsible, then they will most likely not fit. If they are collapsible, see if they break down in to the dimensions I mentioned. If it does or is close to that it might fit.
Question:	Do the zippers lock for security
