Answer:	One cooler pocket in the front, mesh pockets on each side for water bottle/compact umbrella. Lined picked in the top great for glasses. Inside there is a panel for a notebook/small laptop separating the main compartment.

There are 4 major superb pockets with zippers that handle a lot, the quality is EXCELLENT and is perfect for high school or college student. Answer:	Yes, it is semi waterproof. Lets say that the main material is kind of a double layer polyester, being the interior layer the one that feels like rubber and prevents the water to pass through. Though, the zipper are not sealed, like in other more expensive styles or brands, and water would pass through, but you should not worry. It's an amazing backpack.

Answer:	If I recall correctly, ours came in a box about 3-4 feet long and several inches wide. The hoe unscrews so box wasn’t the full length of the hoe.
