| Answer: | The recommendation of Ghost as a cloning program is terrible. The consumer version of Norton Ghost was discontinued sometime back in 2013-2014. It was designed specifically for Windows 7 and is thus obsolete for today's hardware and software requirements. It's replacement, Symantec Ghost, was designed primarily for enterprise use. so unless you're working in an IT department environment, it's probably the worst choice for the home consumer who simply wants to upgrade their personal PC or laptop to a faster M.2 NVMW drive. There are plenty of free cloning software applications out there: AOMEI, Macrium, Clonezilla, and others. Go on the web, look up "free cloning software", read the reviews. I personally would go to the WD support website and take a look at their user forum. There are plenty of users there who have had hands on experience cloning to their WD M.2 NVMW devices; they provide detail as to what software works and what doesn't work for cloning. |

| Answer: | The WD blue SN550 does NOT come with screws. M3 screws should do the trick on 2.5" SSD Dell systems. You should have to go up a size for a 3.5" drive to a 6-32 (head pattern varies). Start with an M3 then if sloppy, use the thicker 6-32 screw. |

| Answer: | Performance and longevity, the Blue is faster than the green and has a higher endurance rating (lasts longer). WD Green is essentially the economy line, which tends to also use less power, thus being an ECO line. I wouldn't recommend the green line unless web-browsing and office is the extent of your computer usage. The Blue has 5 times the endurance rating, 400TBW vs 80TBW, which is enough of a difference alone, for me. |

| Answer: | Hi - I bought the 4TB my Cloud Home device. I am still trying all the features. It is possible to let your family members set-up their own user ID, password and dedicated folders which only your family member will have access to etc. I found it very annoying that as administrator of the home cloud, you WILL NOT have any control o what they are storing (or) access to any of those files. May be the WD designed the product that way that individuals have complete data security to their own areas. I am still learning. Good Luck |
