Answer:	There are a number of tutorials on YouTube. We converted ours back to Windows 10 Home, and it was very simple. Just bear in mind that once you revert to home, you will not be able to return to S-mode (I don't know why anyone WOULD, though)...

Answer:	I know this is an old thread but this may help others. Get a WiFi status app for your phone or tablet. Wifi can be spotty in different locations in a home. If the signal is strong where your laptop is located then investigate an issue with the wifi card, etc.
