Answer:	The Acer A515-54-51DJ supports up to 20GB system memory.

Answer:	I tried a 750GB HDD which was recognized, formatted, and worked fine, but didn't fit very well in the secondary drive bay … too thick to allow the bottom cover to close properly/completely. I pulled it out and replaced with a 1TB SSD (SanDisk) that both fit fine in the drive bay, and works perfect. I think the BIOS will accept larger SSD's, but I haven't actually tried that, so would have to refer you to Acer customer support on that question, e.g., what's the largest capacity SSD you can put in the secondary drive bay?

Answer:	There is one M.2 SSD slot which has the 256GB SSD. There is one 2.5" slot for a SATA or form factor SSD drive. You need to remove the bottom case assembly to access those slots.

Answer:	Yes and it looks like you can purchase it for $6.99 a month one person personal use. I didn't use it as I was able to install my office which happens to be a 2007 version on to the laptop; I was a little surprised it loaded on to Windows 10.
