Answer:	If turn all the power options down on battery it gets about 4 hrs with light web surfing, which much better then most gaming labtops which usually never get an hour. I’m sure if you throtled the cpu to 15% max and lowest brightness it would get 8 hrs. I get almost 2 hrs surfing,uploading,video editing and charging a iphone xr 40w via the usb c power delivery but I have all the windows registry and device’s (wifi,harddrive,etc.)power saving disabled. Pretty crazy, last labtop I had was 10 years ago under the most power saving it only got a hour and a half and it was a mid tier HP.

Answer:	This actually has two spots for NVMe drives (one of the slots is taken up by the SSD already installed, Plus there is a bay for a 2.5 drive. The box comes with the bracket you need to install it. so in tottal you have three drive bays one being a 2.5 and 2 being NVMe.

Answer:	There is one (Help) that comes with the Chromebook apps installed, there is also settings, but as far as the actual computer goes, like most new devices and such, you have to go online and search with make, model and see. There is usually a user manual you can download. Hope this helps.

Answer:	ther than being a nuisance dragging a cord and charge pack with you, yes you can use it plugged in without problems. But the point of a Chromebook is the long-lasting battery. I've used it without plugging in and it lasted about 9 hours. And since it is so portable you can charge it in your car if you use an adapter and your car is a newer model which accepts USB or micro chargers.

Answer:	The Acer A515-54-51DJ supports up to 20GB system memory.

Answer:	I tried a 750GB HDD which was recognized, formatted, and worked fine, but didn't fit very well in the secondary drive bay … too thick to allow the bottom cover to close properly/completely. I pulled it out and replaced with a 1TB SSD (SanDisk) that both fit fine in the drive bay, and works perfect. I think the BIOS will accept larger SSD's, but I haven't actually tried that, so would have to refer you to Acer customer support on that question, e.g., what's the largest capacity SSD you can put in the secondary drive bay?

Answer:	There is one M.2 SSD slot which has the 256GB SSD. There is one 2.5" slot for a SATA or form factor SSD drive. You need to remove the bottom case assembly to access those slots.
