Answer:	There's actually a bracket built onto the inside of lid (can't remember if it's the top or bottom. I think bottom) that your 2.5" drive slides into. It's a tight fit, so no need for screws. It has a short SATA cable that runs to the board and provides both power and data.

Answer:	Unscrew the screw at the end of the thermal guard, take the guard off. Install the NVME drive. Peel the plastic from the guard to reveal the thermal solution, then reinstall the guard and screw it in. I recommend using a magnetic screwdriver as it is a small screw.

Answer:	You need to buy your own batteries. If you buy rechargeable batteries you will need to buy a charger. A 3S Lipo works great if you have a 3S battery from an RC collection. Make sure your first attempt to run the robot is on the floor!!! Turn the Osoyoo Bluetooth switch On, there is no reason to turn the Bluetooth switch Off. The robot must be upright with the wheels in contact with the floor when you flip the power switch on (if you suspend the robot in the air when you flip the power switch on the wheels will spin continuously and you will think the robot is not working properly). If you follow my steps the BOT will magically start to self balance in about 5 seconds... Open Settings on phone and pair the Osoyoo HC-06 Bluetooth (Available Device may be listed as something like 98:D3:51:FD:79:03 Make a note of this address; Password 1234). Answer:	Yes, the cable is present, but not the camera.
Question:	Can you hook an USB contention existential hard drive to this unit to store your pictures and documents
Answer:	I've used a Lumsing 10000 mAh portable power bank to run a Raspberry Pi 3 plus an Adafruit Dotstar 72-LED strip for over 8 hours, and the LEDs suck way more power than the RPi3. I'd expect to get over 24 hours for just the RPi3. (My exact model no longer seems to be available, but similar Lumsing units are about $15.) I tested several inexpensive brands of power banks for this application, and the Lumsing was the best, handling heavy overload well: it's only rated at 2 A but all LEDs on full white could pull up to 3.3A, and at that load it sagged to about 3.7 V but kept running (and kept the RPi3 alive and happy) while many other banks (and a lot of wall warts!) simply shut down and crashed the computer. The problem with most power banks like this is that you can't recharge them while using them, so you need to shut down the Rpi first. If you want a true "uninterruptible power supply" capability for continuous operation, you could try an Adafruit PowerBoost 1000C board and a LiPo battery. IMPORTANT NOTES: (1) Make sure you are buying the PowerBoost 1000C and NOT the older Powerboost 1000 "basic", which does not load share and cannot act as a UPS. (2) Make sure the LiPo's 2-pin JST connector has the same polarity as the 1000C is expecting! Some do, some are reversed! If you buy an Adafruit one, it will definitely match. Speaking of wall warts for Rpi3, I highly recommend the Canakit 2.5 A (https://www.amazon.com/CanaKit-Raspberry-Supply-Adapter-Charger/dp/B00MARDJZ4/) and the Adafruit 2.4 A (https://www.amazon.com/Switching-Power-Supply-20AWG-MicroUSB/dp/B0761JVN4T/). These are both really solid well-regulated microUSB power supplies with plenty of reserve strength.

Answer:	No. This is what you see in the picture: 1 RP3, 1 Electricity adaptor and 1 set of metal dissipators. You need to purchase the case independently. In my case I had the SmartiPi that it is very nice (although the hole for the leds is not compatible for the RPI3 but in my case it is not an issue at al).

Answer:	There is no WiFi dongle included as it is not needed. Wifi is built in to the board, 2.4 GHz 802.11b/g/n. Bluetooth as well, but I believe there are still some issues with Bluetooth.

Question:	What length for the hdmi cables
Answer:	The only thing you may have to get will be micro usb to usb adapters to connect mouse keyboard, and a mini HDMI to HDMI adapter to connect to tv or monitor

Answer:	Yes and no. Yes the adapter has the capacity to deliver enough power since the Pi Zero W only uses about 340-380ma. No, because you'd need a cable splitter, or a USB hub with a micro USB power input. I don't believe the Pi Zero W's micro USB port is designed to have that much current pulled through it (if you were to try and pull 5v power through the GPIO header pins)
Question:	Why would anyone ever buy from a manufacturer (neego) who never answers their phone, or whose customer service line never returns phone calls
Answer:	PiHole does not need a lot of horsepower, however I would suggest not using a Zero W. Simply because of Wi-Fi. You should really use PiHole wired. Wireless is less reliable as a connection. I'm using PiHole on a Pi3 and PiHole is perfectly content.

Answer:	You can make these portable but the kit doesn't include a source of battery power. The pi has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities though. I've only used mine as a desktop replacement but options abound for battery power, touch screens, laptop chassis etc. You can easily power it down and take it anywhere if you were going from one location to the the next. Keyboard and monitor connectivity is standard. As long as you have USB for the keyboard and hdmi to the monitor.
Question:	Can I install a full version of Linux Mint
Answer:	I am not overclocking my Raspberry Pi 4 as it seems to be running fast enough for my needs as a media server. I can say it is running very cool as it came not only with the heat sinks, but it also has a fan for the case. My system has been running 24/7 since December 2019.
Question:	What can my advanced 12 year old son do with this Raspberry Pi
Answer:	Almost the newest version depending on when the card was loaded. But once the Pi is connect to a ISP, it will ask if you want to update the device.

Question:	Can you connect an external USB hard drive for file storage
Answer:	This is very small gauge hook up wire and is not designed for voltages above 90 or 100 volts. They are fine for 12 to 48 volt systems with low current. Do not use them for 120 volt AC ! The insulation could break down and cause a fire or worse. The intended use is for 3.3 to 12 volt computer connections carrying signals that are low current.
Question:	can i connect to my pc and use its keyboard and use my pc's screen as a monitor so i can take it out like make it portable
Answer:	Yes, if you cut off the connectors the wires are 7 inches long. They are 9 strand wire and strip cleanly. These are actually 40 conductor ribbon cable with individual connectors on each end. The individual conductors separate easily. There are ten different wire colors.
Question:	Will the heat sinks and internal fan prevent the raspberry pi from overheating if I overclock it
Answer:	Yes it does. I don't have access to the unit at this time. You can use headers if you want to put on another board.
Question:	What noobs version is preinstalled
Answer:	This hat definitely works with Raspberry Pi 3 (Jessie) without giving up the Bluetooth. I went through the Adafruit tutorials too and got mine to work. I also Google searched "raspberry pi 3 serial port enable" and found the post "Configuring The GPIO Serial Port On Raspbian Jessie Including Pi 3 ..." quite helpful. You have to keep in mind that the Adafruit tutorials seem to be written for a Pi 2 (no bluetooth, one serial port) and so the serial port device of the GPIO Tx/Rx pins on a Pi 3 is /dev/serial1 (not /dev/serial0 as described in the tutorial).
