Question:	I bought this card and something interesting is happening. when i plug 3.0 devices, they work just fine. but when i plug 2.0 devices, nothing happens
Answer:	Some customers do use this daily but it is really up to each individual and their skin. Most customers use it on their face 2 to 3 times a week. The skin on the face is more sensitive and delicate and you have to be extra careful when exfoliating. This is one reason I created the brown sugar scrub line, it is more gentle on the facial skin compared to my Dead Sea salt scrubs which is salt based and can sting if it exposed to any open cuts and sensitive pores.

Answer:	No artificial fragrance added that I can detect. I can ever so slightly smell the combination of the Shea butter and the almond oil, but it's not over whelming, it's rather nice. In fact you have to get down and up close to notice that. I definitely recommend this scrub, I love to use it as a foot scrub, because it leaves my feet baby smooth after a good week of use. If used as an over all body scrub, just be aware of the hydrating oils that are in it that are definitely a good thing, but you want to follow it with a body wash. Over all, a really nice product!

Question:	What is the practical difference between the "5 Ports Rear & 20PIN Internal" versus the "5 Ports Rear & 2-Port Internal
Answer:	The 5-Port, 20-Pin has a USB 3.0 header internally so that you can connect cables (that probable came with your case) to external USB ports. Frequently, these are on the front or the top of your case. The 2-Port internal actually has two standard USB connections so that you can connect standard USB cables within the case. There may be instances where a case's external USB ports need that but I think most need the 20-Pin header.
Question:	Does this card work on linux distros? if it's worked for you, which distro and kernel
Answer:	The card works at USB 2.0 speeds on Linux. It does not work at USB 3.0 speeds on my computer. The manual says: "USB 3.0 Drivers are not supported on Mac or Linux OS." I am using it on a HP Z800 workstation running Linux Mint Cinnamon 19.1. It took over 6 hours to transmit 1 TB of data from an external drive that has USB 3.0. The data speed started out at 75 Mb/sec then quickly slowed to 54 to 55 Mb/sec.
Question:	how many controllers does this have
Answer:	It has one 4 channel Frisco Logic controller and one Via VL8120Q7 hub controller for sharing those ports. It is not completely clear which of the 7 possible ports are shared.
Question:	Has anyone used this with Windows
Answer:	On 11 June 2016 I installed KTU3FR-5O2I the 5-port USB 3.0 interface board into an Acer Aspire AT3-710-UR57 Desktop. The purpose was to connect multiple Seagate USB 3.0 hard drives to it. The hardware installation was straight-forward. My system required the Molex-to-ESATA power adapter (which was one of the two cables sent with the board). I made sure the loose end of that cable was tied down with a Tie Wrap so that it wouldn't possibly intrude into the CPU cooling fan (which on my system was a bit close to it). When it booted up there were no software problems/issues. I went to the Inateck Web site, downloaded the right device driver (get the newest version for the board, the driver is described as the device driver for Windows 7 "Driver For Windows Ver3.5.106.0"), double-clicked on it to extract the zipped files into "My Documents" and ran the set up program. After that completed, I rebooted and all hard drive functions worked A-OK. No software problems/issues with Windows 10 Professional 64-bit and the KTU3FR-5O2I. I used the Inateck device driver because I wanted to ensure any KTU3FR-5O2I-specific functionality was included, but as noted in several comments Window 10 includes native support for the KTU3FR-5O2I chipset so I would agree the KTU3FR-5O2I should work in Windows 10 systems without installing the Inateck driver, but also in my case at least, it worked perfectly in Windows 10 Professional 64-bit when using their driver. Apparently their driver installation program did make changes because Windows 10 advised a reboot is required, but it's also possible no actual changes were made because the latest chipset is already supported. Regardless, the KTU3FR-5O2I worked A-OK in Windows 10 Professional 64-bit.
