There are separate inputs for analog audio and video, so if you connect your audio device to the analog audio input you'll be able to record new audio. You can get an audio Y connector and possibly a volume control to mix the audio that's already on the video with another audio source. There are similar workarounds for HDMI. |

| Answer: | It shouldn't - mine looks crisp and sharp, with our without the device. It even loops through 1080/60, although it cannot record it. Are you using a splitter? Check all cables, and check without any devices. If there is a marked difference, you may have a faulty cable or a faulty device. Having said that, faulty cables usually don't introduce fuzziness anymore - HDMI means either it works, or it doesn't. So erratic flickering would suggest a faulty cable. Fuzziness... I don't know. |
