Question:	Do I have to pay an activation fee, if I already have a Roku account
Answer:	NO!!! I have been with Roku for 10-15 years & I've NEVER been charged an activation fee. I set up my new Express this past Friday 07/31/2020. When the screen came up, it gave me an activation code. All I had to do was go to the Roku website & log-in. Then I clicked on "Activate" in the upper right of the screen. A box came up asking for my activation code. I entered the code & in less than 30 seconds I saw the "Welcome to Roku" come across my TV screen. Any chance that you owed Roku for past charges??? During the log-in process, I did notice that they had a disclaimer that "Roku never charges to activate their boxes". I hope you have it cleared up by now!!! Since several people have asked this question, .I'm wondering IF some sellers aren't trying to scam buyers. I never call the 800 number that comes with any product. I go to their website to get the advertised toll free number. I set up my account completely online. Answer:	We use our Roku Express (purchased in 2018) on a very old tv with no HDMI port with an RCA to HDMI converter that supports PAL/NTSC that we purchased on Amazon for about $12. We plugged in our RCA cable into one side converter and then to the TV, (It is the 3 pronged red, yellow, and white ended cable we used to use to connect our VCRs to the TV back in the 1990s that we never threw away-ha ha!). Amazon carries RCA cables for less than $6.

Answer:	I use it with my camcorder and i have the menu turned off so it's not in the video. What this dongle does is turns HDMI to a web cam. So far i'm liking it does a great job.

Answer:	I'm using this with Wirecast and the only issues I have are audio. The video seems as good as with my Magewell device. The audio is inconsistent, though. I have to reconnect the device several times before the audio comes through to Wirecast. I also had to change the audio properties in Windows Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Manage audio devices. Select the device, click Properties and on the Advanced tab, change the default format to the highest available bit and Hz setting. The audio quality was very poor before I did this. Once things are working it's as consistent and reliable as the Magewell.

Answer:	Forrest: Netflix offering a program in Dolby Vision does not mean the device is outputting it as such. You would need confirmation from your display. There have been a number of reports of this Roku actually not outputting DolbyVision ... or even HDR on programs which have it available. I can confirm such issues. My tv confirms HDR and Dolby Vision if I use the smart tv's own apps but not if it comes from the Roku.

Answer:	You can not connect a Webcam to the ATEM Mini. There's more than one reason: the video standard being one of them. The ATEM Mini requires Rec 709 color space. Unless you can find a device that converts your Webcam output into a HDMI video feed with a standard that the ATEM Mini supports, you won't be able to use your Webcam. Such a converter (if it exists) might cost you more than a small video camera with native HDMI output. However, you can connect a computer with HDMI output. The supported video standards are published on the manufacturer' website under ATEM Mini, Technical Specifications. Not all video devices will work with the ATEM Mini.

Identify the Capture Card

Enter OBS settings, select ‘usb 3.0 HD Video Capture’ in the device column. As shown in Figure 1-1.

Set the resolution and the FPS

1. Custom Resolution: First set Resolution/FPS Type to custom mode. As shown by the white arrow in Figure 2-1.

2. Set Resolution: Select the appropriate resolution at the up and down arrows on the far right of this column. As shown by the yellow arrow in Figure 2-1.

3. Set FPS: Select the appropriate frame rate at the up and down arrows on the far right of this column. As shown by the red arrow in Figure 2-1.

Set the audio and micro

1. Select the "Output Desktop Audio" item at the up and down arrows on the far right of the "Audio Output Mode" column.As shown by the yellow arrow in Figure 3-1.

2. Mark the "√" in the red box. As shown in Figure 3-1.

3. A. Select the MIC input of the collector at the up and down arrows on the far right of the "Audio Device" column. As shown in Figure 3-1.

Special Note:

• When you unplug or replace the device, please reopen the OBS settings page to reset and reactivate the device (Mark the "√" in the red box in Figure 4-1).
• Please connect your Nintendo Switch and other input devices to our capture card first, and then connect the capture card to your computer and other output devices
• If you need to capture 1080P@60Hz video signals, please force the signal source to output 4K@60Hz or 1080P@60Hz, and then set the resolution.

AUDIO IN and AUDIO OUT

LIVEPRO L1 V1 with AUDIO IN and OUT. The output interface can be connected to speakers, headsets, etc.; The AUDIO IN interface is a linear input interface, which is connected to digital signal. The microphone collects analog signals, so when the microphone is connected to the LIVEPRO L1 V1 audio input interface directly, there is no way to receive audio.

Solutions for live broadcasting audio problems:

• If there is microphone and audio interface, please connect microphone to the audio interface and connect the output interface of the audio interface to the AUDIO IN interface of LIVEPRO L1 V1.

Exquisite and Flexible Control Panel

The LIVEPRO L1 V1 has an exquisite and compact control panel. The 4 buttons are for selecting input signals, green flashing means the signal has been selected, then switch the T-Bar, the selected signal will be displayed on the screen seamlessly, the green button changed to red after switched. The MENU button is for menu setting, the SW button is for selecting different functions such as mixing, PIP, transition time setting and the other functions. The left knob is for voice volume controlling, the right knob is for menu setting as well. From the TFT screen, we can preview 4 HDMI signals and easily do menu setting. • When you choose T-Bar to switch signal sources or transition effects, T-Bar must be pushed to left end or right end. When using the menu operation, T-BAR should also be in left end or right end, otherwise it cannot be operated. • When you would like to connect or embed audio, you must select the external or embedded audio source in the "AUDIO" menu firstly.
