Answer:	Well it does say 100-240 volts input on the data picture here. Yeah older power supplies used to have that 110/240 switch on the back, so I imagine the switching is done internally now. 240 being the European standard, 110 in the US.

Answer:	its 24 pin on the motherboard side and 10+18 on the PSU side. i've literally traced every wire to custom sleeve this PSU and there are 5 splits. its NOT 20+4 like bradley says.

Answer:	Short answer, yes this should work perfectly with the MSI b550 carbon. Longer answer, the extra pins labeled CPU are for overclocking which gets involved and if you're going to do any of that you'll want to do a fair bit of research on it. If I'm not mistaken you should be able to do a bit of overclocking with this power supply as well, but you'll probably be getting to the edge of the 650's abilities.
