Answer:	Did you enter the registration code that was e-mailed to you? Click on File, then Register Software, then enter the registration code. If that's not the problem, I don't have a clue. Good luck.
Question:	Will this card run 6 monitors at 1920 x 1200 resolution
Answer:	They have a free version with less bells and whistles. The pro version appears to be relatively cheap. Do want to say if you download it online as I did, then you need to ensure you are operating the licensed pro version. Apparently I had been using the free version for about four months and found out I needed to uninstall the free version and then download the pro version. Now I can use all the bells and whistles. Depends on what you want it for, whether it would be worth to go pro. They were very helpful when I sent a message to their customer service. Resolved my issue right away.
