Answer:	Make sure you download the latest drivers from Nvidia. I use Ubuntu Linux 20.04 with three monitors. Install the commercial drivers latest build from Nvidia. The open source driver is a joke. Don't use the one that came with the disk. Instead, download and install the LATEST COMMERCIAL DRIVER from Nvidia. The driver I am using is Nvdia 455.38 and it works like a charm. However, if you over work it by playing 4 or 5 videos at the same time it will crash then you have to restart. All my 3d games work, Open Arena, etc.

My three displays run just fine. I don't do high end video games, mostly word processor, spread sheets, email, and web searching. The only game I usually run is Freecell. I am happy with the results. Answer:	No NVS series graphics card is listed as a supported video adapter for GPU acceleration of Adobe Premier Pro CC. I think that one of the supported GeForce adapters would be a better choice. Answer:	I currently have 4 Samsung U28d590 4k monitors run in UHD through this card. When I ran a single monitor on a GeForce GTX650Ti, I never had a hard time playing HD video. Now that I switched my card and added these monitors, I sometimes have a problem playing the same videos. Definitely can't play any games more demanding than minecraft. Can it drive all four? Yes, but not in the passing lane. I'm a programmer, so I enjoy all the space to run my development tools. If you are a video connoisseur or gamer, this is not the right card for you.

Answer:	They have a free version with less bells and whistles. The pro version appears to be relatively cheap. Do want to say if you download it online as I did, then you need to ensure you are operating the licensed pro version. Apparently I had been using the free version for about four months and found out I needed to uninstall the free version and then download the pro version. Now I can use all the bells and whistles. Depends on what you want it for, whether it would be worth to go pro. They were very helpful when I sent a message to their customer service. Resolved my issue right away.

PCIe cards are both backwards and forwards compatible, so if you have a PCIe 1.0a or 1.1, or a 3.x or 4.x slot, you should still be able to insert and use the card. The performance may or may not be the same, as some revisions of PCIe standard affect data rates, but basic functionality should remain intact regardless of the version. Compatibility with other components is not guaranteed, so if you still have reservations, check your motherboard's QVL (qualified vendor list), if available, or ask around to see if your specific combination of hardware has been tested. You shouldn't have any issues, though.

Question:	is this an external graphics card
Answer:	For a card with six outlets I'm not sure how you propose to connect 12 monitors. However, using the six outlets the card will certainly function as a single monitor in a 3 x 2 config. I can't comment on how well it does this as my requirement is to have six completely separate displays and the card fulfills my requirement faultlessly. That said, I recall seeing promo material for the card with a display wall comprised of far more than six monitors, such that if your system has the capability you can use multiple cards. I'd suggest you talk to AMD; I've found them to be extremely helpful.

Answer:	I've not personally done it as I use 5 discrete screens but my understanding is that yes, Eyefinity can be used to configure 6 monitors as a single monitor in either a 3 x 2 arrangement, or vertically stacked, or horizontally stacked.
