Graphic cards can be categorized based on several different factors but when you are narrowing down to one particular brand and even one specific architectural design, you are basically looking at the least important factors and that's why I can't say which one is better. These two both are overclockable to reach to the speed and performance of GTX 1070 (At least i did with my card and I start playing and I couldn't see any difference in the output), the minor differences might be like, the maximum screen displays you can connect at once which this card is limited to 3 and your example is 4 so if you are planning to connect your PC to 4 screens, this card is not the right choice for you. In return, this card uses the MSI best cooling technology so the card stays cooler under heavy load, if this is important factor for you as it was for me. And finally both these cards are equally capable of functioning on max when you are tweaking it by Afterburner. You might also like the way one looks and that can be also a factor. What I can assure you about is, regardless of which MSI 1660 Super you choose, you are going to get what you were looking for. This brand makes the best graphics by far. Good luck

If I had it to do over again, I'd find something else.

Answer:	I don't think it's worth the risk. PCIe slots are rated for 75W, Sata can only do 54 watts. So your asking that Sata connection to potentially have a 50% power draw past it's rated capacity, constantly. If you were running a lower power card like a 1030 or something you might be able to get away with it but your taking a gamble with these on modern hardware. What you really want is a direct 6 pin connector failing that, 1 molex, or 2x sata to 6 pin.

Answer:	I agree with the other answers here, and the newest NVIDIA card this compares to is the 1660 (non-ti version). It's slightly cheaper and performs slightly worse, but it's still excellent for its price. Most games have bias for performance towards GeForce, so that kinda sucks for us RX users out here. But other than 5-10 fps difference at most between the 1660 - and 1070 since they're also relatively equal in terms of performance - this card is equal to them.
