Answer:	Depends on your case, where you install it and the flow from your other fans. Mine is in the top of my NZXT H710i case and would only fit one way - as an exhaust fan. Research shows the cooling effectiveness is pretty much the same regardless of whether the fans are oriented for intake or exhaust. In my case, I have 3 strong fans on the front for intake, 1 in the back for exhaust, and the radiator/fans in the top for exhaust. My temps are typically in the 40s to mid 50s (under load).

Answer:	Because 200mm fans don't have to spin very fast in order to move a lot of air they're actually pretty quiet. I don't believe the RPM on them can get very high either so even at full speed they'd still be pretty quiet compared to a smaller fan that has to spin at a much higher RPM to get the same amount of airflow.

This heatsink fits perfectly on my Intel BOXDH77EB motherboard. My case is a Silverstone ML03. I actually have two of these, same case, same motherboard. They're quiet, have real metal screws and haven't given me any problems.

Answer:	GB-BRI7H-8550 if it has an "H" after the i7 (or the i5) it should support the 2.5 inch hard drive
Question:	Do you have to remove the motherboard to install this on an LGA
Answer:	Yes you are able to add an M.2 and a 2.5" SSD at the same time.
Question:	Will this work with any am3+ socket? i see it says backplate required what does that mean? and will this fit in most towers

Question:	Do I still need thermal paste
Answer:	There is a squeak. It's not like super loud, but it isn't totally silent. Highly recommend though it's a great workout!
Question:	Do it work with i7-9700k and asus Z
Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean by handle bar. If you want stability you can do it while sitting or while standing if you hold onto the edge of something. If you are looking for a handle to work your arms out with it comes with some resistance bands attached to it and if you want you can attach a bar to them to work out both arms at the same time.
Question:	Can you use this fan for i5-9600k
Answer:	Yes. I got my dad's for him so he can sit down while working out. It takes some tweaking but it's possible. It's harder to do while sitting because they won't have body weight to push down with. You will most likely need to lower the resistance.
Question:	Does it power up to 84W heatsink fan
Answer:	Mine came with a sorta english manual with pics and stuff. We had to hunt around online for the "full" english manual. Check the web.
