Answer:	cann't be turned off. Three buttons on it: mode alarm c/f speed.
Question:	Is this dell 5 pin fan compatible, or will it cause the bios to report a fan error at every boot
Answer:	Its pretty much universal i put it in 2 different rigs now it pretty much just monitors the temp of the system,cpu and hard drive but also changes fan speen individualy. Ive never noticed any bio problems and ive had mine 4 awhile now.

Question:	Does the fans connect with molex connectors or what
Answer:	Technically yes, but being it's a 2 button controller, whereas the Genesis controller is 3, a lot of games won't play as well without that 3rd button. The Sonic games seem to be the only games that work well with it. The 1-button jumps, and the 2-button pauses. Other games I tested: Contra Hard Corps & Gunstar Heroes, none of the buttons do anything at all. Streets Of Rage 1 & 2 buttons overlap: 1-button does both punch and special at the same time, and the 2-button does jump & pause at the same time; annoying.
