Answer:	I purchased Verbatim CD-RW discs with 700 MB capacity. It is very important to purchase RW instead of just R type discs. I purchased from Amazon the program "Express Burn Disc Burning" program as I need to Scan many Physical Records into my computer and then burned the information to the Discs. I was successful in copying pictures and records needed to file a claim with VA because of health problems when I was in Viet Nam for 2years, 6 months and 17 days. This also included MRI and X-Rays. I then would burn disc from information on the discs given to me from Hospitals, Doctors and information that I had to copy to a disc. I firmly believe that you need to purchase the CD-RW, Rewritable Discs to use and I firmly believe that you will be able to burn .ISO files using the Express Burn Program. I have tried using discs that are CD-W and it will not copy, pictures or the files that I needed to burn to a disc, however, when using the "Express Burn Program" with CD-RW discs, it will copy your files. Answer:	I have a five target duplicator. I have had it for three years now and have duplicated over 1,000 CDs and DVDs using it. I get mis-burns from time to time, but I use the "Check Function" so I know if I have a bad burn right away. I have found with cheap disks, I get more bad burns than when I use high quality disks. I don't think any of my bad burns have had anything to do with the unit itself. Mine came with one drive (#4) that stopped working about three months after I got it. I sent an email to support, they offered to take the whole thing back, I asked to just have a new drive sent and they agreed. I sent my bad drive, and received a replacement in a matter of days. It was a quick swap and I have no issues since.I can't tell the difference between original and duplicate. Hope that helps!

Answer:	Hi, No, you will not be able to select a track as this is simply a duplicator that copies the whole disc when you insert the blank and original disc on the reader. There are no editing function on this unit. As others suggested here, you'll need to compile a disc first before you start copying. Thank you very much.

Answer:	No, the karaoke discs are a different format and discs. This will not read any Karaoke or CD+G discs, so it will not copy as well.

Answer:	Hi, it does burn DVD RW discs. Either + or - RW discs. Please keep in mind that the format we listed are for copying discs. The original disc still need to be formatted to be play on other DVD rom or players in order for the blank discs to be copied. Also, as mentioned by previous user, only non-copy protected discs can be inserted in the master drive to be use for duplication.
Question:	what i/o in the rear
Answer:	This is a stand alone unit. It doesn't connect to anything external. So there is no i/o in the rear. You put the original cd/dvd in the top tray, the target disk to be copied in the bottom, push them it. It does the rest. When the copy is finished, the bottom tray opens. if you are done, you can also take the disk out of the top tray and power the unit off.

Answer:	not sure I understand the question, the unit has 4 stations, top location for master disk to be copied and 3 lower stations to copy master to black DVD. You may burn either 1, 2 or 3 Dvd's at a time form the master. No hard drive in this configuration.

Answer:	As it stands out of the box, no. However, it is compatible with the smart usb+ adapter. I installed the smart usb+ 250GB hdd combo. That will let you hook up this unit to a Pc over USB and let you copy your iso to the Hdd that you install in the tower. This Hdd can hold your masters that you can then select to burn. Keep in mind the smart usb does Not let you burn from the Pc. It just let's you copy the iso's so you can select them from the tower as your source when duplicating.

The hard drive feature is highly beneficial for users who have many master discs they wish to duplicate continuously time after time again.

Before a duplicator burn session/cycle, the master disc information can be stored onto the HDD hard disk drive so that the original master will no longer be needed to perform duplication runs. By duplicating from the hard drive rather than burning off-the-fly, duplication time decreases with more stability and security provided for your duplicator.

The hard drive, when equipped on your duplicator, will automatically partition itself into smaller parts/folders where each master disc loaded onto the HDD holds one master source data partition. Selecting which partition to burn (and delete) from the hard drive can all be executed through the LCD controller panel of the duplicator.

NOTE: The hard drive option is NOT available for 1 to 1 duplicator systems.

BUILT-IN USB FEATURE

With the USB external interface, a connection is made from your duplicator to your computer/laptop. Simply connect a USB cable from the duplicator’s USB port to your computer’s USB port. This connection will then recognize ONLY the very bottom burner of your duplicator as an external burner on your computer.
