Answer:	You will need additional software in order to play Blu-ray Discs. For windows they provide a free viewer, which I cannot comment on, since I own a Mac. For a Mac, I recommend Blu-ray Player Pro, which has a free version, but it has a watermark that does get annoying after awhile. The paid version is $35, and it works great. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Yes, after downgrading my firmware to 1.00 MakeMKV like everyone says, it still could not decrypt the disc. I also tried AnyDVD and it couldn't either. The firmware downgrade worked because I successfully performed a rip with DVDFab with no issues whatsoever. Unfortunately, AnyDVD and MakeMKV haven't figured it out yet.

Answer:	So far I haven't seen or had any problems with my LG Blu-ray burner since I upgraded to Windows 10 Professional. It's running pretty great with no driver issues. Plus I didn't have to install or add any drivers for this Blu-ray burner. So I would say, Yes, It will work with Windows 10 just fine. :)

Answer:	I would recommend the free application ImgBurn. It supports BDLX, M-DISC and many other formats. Nero Burning ROM does support M-DISC, however you will need the full version. Nero Burning ROM 2019 and Nero Platinum Suite are two of their products that support M-DISC.

Answer:	Some people have reported an error code 01003 in PowerDVD... however this is user error not drive error. Quote PowerDVD: "your graphic processor doesn't support Ultra HD Blu-ray movie playback, or the driver is not up-to-date." Meaning your graphics card, or possibly your monitor is not compatible with the type of media. That said the drive can handle it, but that might not be enough to get it to work depending on your system. You might have to upgrade other components as well.
