Answer:	I contacted customer service before delivery and they said that they have since added the proper screws for newer Samsung TVs. However, this was not the case. I had to drive to the hardware store to pick up four 45mm M8 screws with 1.25 pitch. This is a great mount. But you may just want to pick up the screws separately so you don't have to wait for another shipment from Echogear.

Answer:	Yes, after downgrading my firmware to 1.00 MakeMKV like everyone says, it still could not decrypt the disc. I also tried AnyDVD and it couldn't either. The firmware downgrade worked because I successfully performed a rip with DVDFab with no issues whatsoever. Unfortunately, AnyDVD and MakeMKV haven't figured it out yet.

Answer:	You will need additional software in order to play Blu-ray Discs. For windows they provide a free viewer, which I cannot comment on, since I own a Mac. For a Mac, I recommend Blu-ray Player Pro, which has a free version, but it has a watermark that does get annoying after awhile. The paid version is $35, and it works great. Hope that helps.

Answer:	No HDMI is encrypted to prevent copying. However there is software available to make a copy from a blu ray or 4K disc to your hard drive and then burn another disk if you so desire using this drive.

Question:	where do i get the software to play bluray dvd discs
Answer:	No and yes. It only plays Blu-ray regardless of software. It will rip DVDs and CDs without any additional software as long as you already have something in your computer. Say, for example, that you already have another drive in your computer and already are burning DVDs and/or CDs. The computer will recognize the player as a another device and use it accordingly. HOWEVER, if you do not have Blu-ray software already in your computer, that ability on the player won't work. you'll just have to get additional software to play blu-rays. In addition, this situation has happened to me while using Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8. I can't says about Macs or any other Windows System software.
