| Answer: | 1. Ensure that the drone and controller are OFF. 2. Then carefully grasp the sides of the white plug using a small pliers or similar tool and remove the plug. (Wiggle and pull) 3. Once the plug is removed, simply slide the battery pack out. DO NOT pull the plug from the wires, doing so can cause the wire(s) to break. Please refer to your owners manual for more information.
