Question:	How long does the charge last
Answer:	I'm not sure, we installed ours in a window. It did come with a window kit like just air conditioners do. It heats the house pretty well even when it's real cold. I used it as our only heat source for a while when our furnace was broken. My daughter has one upstairs where she heats and cools her room completely with it and it does really good up there. She has no other heating/cooling system upstairs.

Answer:	I would say yes because that is what I did for my shop that has no windows. I cut a hole in wall framed it in and mounted the air conditioner.
